Introducing Client Hub

We are pleased to introduce our new Client Hub which allows you to view and amend your personal data, you can also communicate using the inbuilt messaging function. We are using Client hub to manage our waiting list which allows you to put your child(ren)'s name(s) down on the waiting list using the software directly. You can put your child(ren)'s name(s) on our waiting list here.

If you are not already on one of our courses: You can visit our waiting list page, read the instructions on the page, and click the link at the bottom of the page, from there you will be taken to the registration page where you will need to make an account. Then enter the information requested and pop us a message from the message function in the Client Hub.

If you are already on a course: We will be systematically rolling out Client Hub to our existing customers, however, if you would like to use the system, please pop us an email and we will activate your account immediately. If you are a parent with a child(ren) already on a course and are looking to put another child on the waiting list, please email us to get your account details.

Using Client Hub

When you log in for the first time your screen will look like the image you see on the right, you can manage your family information and address, the bar along the top of the screen allows you to edit various information and view details such as lessons and progress. There is also a section where you can view what waiting lists your child(ren) have been placed on.


In the family section of the Client Hub is where all the information about you and your child(ren) are held, along with the family address. You can edit all of this information, all new family members are added through this Section.

Waiting List

This is where you can see what type of class your children are on the waiting list. Once registered, please message us using the messages section and we will place your child(ren) on the appropriate waiting list.


This section is only applicable if your child is currently on a course with us, if so, you will able to see a full list of lessons that you are booked onto. Information includes the date of the lesson, the time of the lesson, and the location with a helpful map.


This section is only applicable if your child is currently on a course with us, if so, you will be able to see progress information periodically. We will let you know once we have released this.


This Section is where you can message us, a record of the past 10 messages will be kept in the Client Hub so you can remember the previous conversation, this also allows us to respond quickly, so we highly recommend you use this method to contact us.

Health Check

The Health Check section allows you to see the information that we hold regarding any medical conditions that your child(ren) have. If you notice there is something missing or incorrect, please message us using the messages function and we will amend our records.

Account Sections

Password Change: You can change your password from within the software, click on the password change button and follow the instructions.
